A two days adventure journey including some of the best attractions Norway can offer!
Experience Ålesund town, the ferry trip on the Geiranger fjord with the Seven sisters waterfalls, Geiranger town, the Eagle bend, and Trollstigen road.
This is an urban city tour to the jugend city of Ålesund combined with a uniqe and dramatic fjord and mountain scenery. It makes sense to stay overnight in Ålesund before starting the bus tour from Ålesund towards Geiranger next morning.

This one-way trip goes from Ålesund to Geiranger.

The trip starts in Ålesund, goes via Sykkylven, over the mountain pass to Stranda, and from there to Hellesylt where the fjord cruise to Geiranger starts.

You may choose to leave the bus and spend a day in Strandafjellet, and take advantage of the various offers there, for example a gondola ride to the top of the mountain. Strandafjellet also offers great possibilities for hiking and bicycling. The ticket is valid for 2 days, starting from the departure date. This makes it possible with an overnight stay in Stranda. In the winter, Stranda offers spectacular skiing during winter and spring time. This region is one of the very few places in the world where you can ski from summit to fjord.

The ticket for this journey is valid in 2 days, starting from the departure day. This makes it possible to stay overnight in Stranda if you want to spend more time at Strandafjellet mountain.

The bus continues to Hellesylt. The ferry cruise from Hellesylt to Geiranger takes 1 hour, and includes the sight of the beautiful waterfalls “Seven sisters” and small mountain farms that clings to the steep mountain sides, overlooking the Geiranger fjord.

You arrive in Geiranger town in the afternoon. Now you can choose to take the bus over Trollstigen and back to Åndalsnes the same evening, or you can stay overnight in Geiranger. The bus tour to Trollstigen and Åndalsnes is also known as the Golden Route.
